Custom & Bespoke Items
All products sold by MADE. Carpentry & Joinery are handcrafted to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at made.carpentryuk@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, once work has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.
